Well, this about sums it all up.
He raised state taxes to expand more handouts. He's bragging on some faux surplus because he took away the Trump tax cut at the state level and called it revenue.
And your paycheck comes from that. So as a taxpaying Louisiana citizen........you're welcome.

That was apparent.
The government class is all in for JBE. He is one of them. Fourth generation politician. His entire life has been government of one sort or another.
Good luck to you but I doubt any government employees are going to convince any republicans to vote for JBE.

As our state continues to lose jobs and people to other states, JBE is running around talking about how great our state is. His version of "fixing Jindal's mess" is adding on to it.

He wins if people aren’t paying attention to how bad our situation really is.
Balancing the budget via massive tax increases did nothing to solve our problems, or make us competitive with our sister southern states much less the rest of the nation; yet Edwards bragged as if he’d really done something.
The man comes from a political dynasty and from a family who has done nothing but work for the government, mainly Tangipahoa Parish. He will put government first, you can believe that.
