ETA: The vaccinated are probably responsible for a large portion of the spread. They're not facing nearly the same symptoms but are still getting infected because the vaccine is not that great apparently at preventing breakthrough infections.
I'd argue that the vaccinated are likely spreading at a higher rate than non-vaccinated.
Let this sink in. I tested positive a few days ago. If I want to go to the LSU game this weekend, all I need is to go get the first shot. I can do that today, while positive, and still get in the gates.
Public policy is the issue here.

What is the basis of that belief?
The science is clear. I did not take it and I was only sick for 1 day. Rogan took it and it took him 3 days to get better. Ivermectin prolongs duration of illness.

“For human” ivermectin that I have in my house with dosage instructions from a physician? Does it cancel out actual doctors who don’t tow the party line?

This has to be a troll
Aimed at the morons who steer the focus of a debate to some obscure point instead of the reason of the debate. Lefty tactic.
For example. Ivermectin has tons of studies proving its effectiveness against covid. Japan recommends their doctors and physicians use it in nearly all covid cases. Doctors in the USA recommend and do prescribed Ivermectin to patients. Ivermectin has won a Nobel prize, it is FDA approved, it is on the FDA's list of essential medicines for humans.
Lefty: yea but its horse medicine.

Your preaching to the choir, but I feel your pain. Avermectin wins the Nobel Prize for medicine = doesn’t work. India defeats COVID w/ Ivermectin = data must be skewed can’t trust those Indian #’s. Indian data compiled & reviewed by John Hopkins = Give me a real Med. school. Ivermectin a top 5 worldwide essential drug by the WHO = we’re trusting the WHO now. Ivermectin used to stop the replication of the virus at the cellular level, not as a a dewormer = horse paste you’ve got parasites. Ivermectin actively being studied in clinical trials as a cancer treatment because it wait for it…doesn’t allow cancer cells to replicate = what do I care if horses and cows get cancer?

So basically a normal covid course
Damn you guys are desperate for a win
If everyone realized the “normal COVID course” was a win, in itself…we wouldn’t be having this debate in the first place
Let the virus run its course

If its a placebo then no one should object to ppl taking it. And if its a placebo, why if pfizer designing a new drug that (to my layman’s understanding) does same/similar thing? Protease inhibitor…
The people taking the large animal dosage are still fricking retarded.
I’ve seen your posts, you obviously have a good understanding of how many of these biological processes work. But there are mounting studies showing anti-viral efficacy of ivermectin. Could they produce something even more effective… that I can believe. But if its targeting the same mechanism ivermectin accomplishes… why shouldn’t a human dosage be taken?

What a joke. Sometimes?
Before corona ever made a blip on the screen, doctors wrote over 100,000 scripts a year for ivermectin. Thats just an intentional disinformation tactic right there

I have a question. WHERE are all these variants coming from? Influenza doesn't mutate nearly this fast, and it runs up against a vaccine every year. For that matter, and I am just a layman and not a physician or a scientist, but I don't recall hearing of any virus doing this.
Until this one. The one they can't seem to figure out the origins of. It almost makes you wonder if someone is still playing games they should not be.

So youve got your 1 guy vs the 1000+ that died within days of their vaccine?
And soon you will be asking all those millions to continue getting that vaccine, until they are part of the 1000+ deaths, for their booster round?
Any other vaccine in history that had over 1000 deaths associated with it, would have been stopped dead in its tracks. But because this one hasnt, people are never going to trust it. NEVER

We are all part of the study:

I was over it in 3-4 days, and took nothing but Tylenol. Same for dozens of people I know across a wide age range.

the definition of vaccine has been a mostly established tenet for many decades - and has been predominantly understood for what it as always meant although not on much of a widespread basis.
Again, you are giving a lot of credit to understanding things that we didn't understand until very recently. That the stilted definition of vaccines used here doesn't reflect the actual reality of what immunologic principles are behind each vaccine, where there are meaningful differences.
