I've been listening to Joe diGenova. For those who do not know, he is a former US Attorney General for Washington, a formal federal prosecutor, & has served as Special Counsel in the past. There are 3 Youtubes concerning current events. Specifically what the fate of Comey will be, when the IG report will come out & what it involves, Mueller & the Flynn case, & the Rosenstein press conference. I've linked everything below for those interested. Some info may be known, some may not. Either way, he is a very interesting person to listen to & he still has connections with people.

Synopsis of each video:
Video 1: Judge Contreras did not recuse himself but rather was forcibly removed from the Flynn case by either the US Supreme Chief Justice John Roberts or aggregate FISA court. The one judge who took Flynn’s guilty plea was removed from the case because he was a FISA Court judge, which approved the FISA warrant. How could he take the guilty plea of Flynn, if he IS A WITNESS IN THE CASE?
"I predict that when the OIG reports come out….Comey runs the risk of being prosecuted for crimes…he IS ultimately going to ultimately be charged with a crime. He addresses NYT article on Pappadoc being the start of Russia investigation as being a cover story being put out by John Brennan & a few other people trying to distract people away from the dossier. The dossier was used by: Strozek, McCabe, Comey, Baker. The submission of the dossier to the FISA court IS A CRIME so they are trying to distract from this.
Another interesting note NOT found in any reporting: John Carlin, the head of the national security division (NSD) in the DOJ under Loretta Lynch, resigned 3 weeks before the election (Oct 16th). Why would lead a senior justice dept official do that? The dossier! When the history of this period is written, the dossier will have been the undoing of every major FBI & DOJ official b/c senior justice dept officials engaged in a fraud on the FISA court & that will lead to criminal charges being placed against many of them.
Abedin sent passwords to gov’t systems to her personal yahoo account. These yahoo accounts were hacked by a Russian agent. Which means Abedin had private data end up in the hand of nefarious Russian actors. Serious crimes were committed by Clinton & her top aides. What other reason would immunity need to be given to them? They violated the Espionage Act. Lynch “threw” the Clinton case. So Mike Flynn was indicted for lying to FBI yet Cheryl Mills & Huma Abedin lied to FBI b/c they denied knowing about Hillary server but Wikileaks showed they KNEW Hillary had a server. SO THEY LIED to the FBI.
THE SCARIEST THING OF ALL: when you have a leak of classified information, there is a law that requires the Director of National Intelligence (DNI) to do an immediate damage assessment whether the agency who has been compromised requests it or not. The DNI James Clapper NEVER ordered a damage assessment of the Hillary email server compromises.
The Washington Post recently gave 2 editorials defending IRS under Lois Lerner & the FBI under James Comey. And when you have a newspaper as significant as the Washington Post, at it’s editorial level, BELIEVING that nothing was wrong at either one of those agencies & saying so in writing, you have a democratic-republic problem. Governance requires truth. Wikileaks also recently revealed that the press was coordinating with Hillary Clinton’s state dept to get stories approved & to let them know ahead of time so they could either have a response ready or create bigger news to “cover up” the story. Democracy truly DOES die in darkness.

VIDEO 2: Rosenstein & Wray wrote a letter to WH saying the democratic memo had “law enforcement & security concerns”. Basically, the phrase “law enforcement concerns” means there is a criminal investigation underway & that release of some of the info in the memo by Mr. Schiff, will affect that criminal investigation. Who they are investigating? People at the DOJ & FBI who provided false information to the FISA court over a number of years, including Carter Page.
State Dept. official Jonathan Whiner recently wrote an article trying to exonerate himself. This guy was passing info from Cody Schearer & Sidney Blumenthal to pass on to DOJ officials who would then include it in the dossier. Because of writing this article, Whiner just got himself a grand jury subpoena.
This all began when some people in 2016 & 2017 went to the Inspector General to complain about things going on before the FISA court. This is the good guys: Admiral Rogers, field agents in the FBI, etc.
Devin Nunes recently talked about the leaks regarding the Russian ambassador & Flynn prior to inauguration which is a felony & people are complaining about why this isn’t being looked at. Joe said it IS being investigated, along with numerous others. All of the leaks of the Presidents telephone calls after inauguration—they are being investigated. Currently there are 24 leaks investigations underway at the DOJ with dozens of lawyers assigned to those cases.
Bill Preistap, head of counter intelligence we’ve heard almost nothing about. Joe said there are several people inside the FBI cooperating with the IG. The center of the targeting is McCabe. Preistap is cooperating, as are other people. Under the Obama FBI there have been violations of the oaths of office & for the first time in 40 years the FBI had been weaponized. THIS time, instead of civil rights leaders like Martin Luther King, Jr it is against a 1. candidate for president in Donald Trump, 2. a President-elect Trump, & 3. President Trump all under the color of law.
Joe diGenova has this excellent little tidbit on ADAM SCHIFF. “I hope Adam Schiff keeps doing every stupid, little dumb thing he can to obstruct the investigation b/c when the IG investigation from the DOJ comes out, Mr Schiff is going to look like the dirtiest person on capitol hill.” Expect the IG report to come out in 2-3 weeks at best but may take a little longer b/c some things will need to be vetted by CIA & NSA. We are headed toward quite an amazing moment in American history when this report comes out.
VIDEO 3: Joe diGenova on Rosensteins Press Conference: Adam Schiff is spinning in his own grave right now. This completely destroys the Russian Collusion narrative. If there was anything more to indict, Mueller would have done it (this is per former Federal Prosector, mind you). This is basically a slap in the face to the dems but nothing will embarrass them b/c they continue to lie about it.
The 13 Russians being indicted broke a number of US laws per diGenova. There are banking laws, wire fraud laws, identity protection laws. Foreign gov’t can NOT interfere in a US election.
diGenova claims that the NYT news portion still has good stories but the editorial section is “nuts”. Also, he claims the Washington Post is gone from a news standpoint & editorial as well. It is deemed the Bezos Beast.
In the arc of the investigation by Mueller, diGenova (who was a SC himself) says that “it is always difficult to tell when you don’t know anything about what the investigation is doing but…is this all you got?”. He doesn’t downplay the indictments against the Russians but he thinks there isn’t much left for Mueller. He isn’t sure how McCabe investigation will affect Mueller. He believes Mueller is honorable & if something happens that makes Mueller believe that these cases have been tainted by the illegal conduct of former FBI & DOJ officials, he will not hesitate to inform the court of that & dismiss cases if necessary.
There is an increasing sense that the Flynn case may have been adversely affected by the conduct of McCabe by ordering FBI agents to change their interview notes (302's). That is why when Wray fired McCabe by early retirement after being briefed by IG.
According to people interviewed by the IG (FBI agents), McCabe interceded & is responsible for a different view than what Flynn told the FBI agents when they interviewed him. Basically, there are FBI agents who are ratting out McCabe regarding the 302’s being changed to reflect a Flynn lie. This explains why Comey testified that Flynn did NOT lie to FBI in March 2017 but later Flynn pled guilty of lying to FBI in Dec 2017.
New Judge Sullivan in Flynn case has ordered Mueller to turn over all evidence he has against Flynn. This judge issues this order in all his cases cause he has been burned before by DOJ lawyers lying to him. General Flynn’s sentence has been indefinitely postponed & it has to do with the IG & his report. There is so much evidence (without Mueller’s knowledge) that the IG has in regards to these cases.

Exactly! He is speaking from some evidence already out in the public & from his experience as a prosecutor. Also he still has connections. He could be wrong but these are his assertions.

I liked his statement about Schiff that once the IG report comes out and exposes the bias in the FBI, Schiff is going to look like the dirtiest guy in DC.
And for the naysayers - there certainly seems to be a lot of smoke that the DOJ and FBI acted improperly with Flynns case being suspended. Judge being removed. McCabe being removed.
