Hopefully he doesn’t ruin the seat with his shitty candidacy like Roy Moore. He’s completely unfit for office.

He was a six-term incumbent that was beaten by 13 points even with a Trump bump. He needs to go away.

When I see people say this I often wonder what your view of a politician is or should be.
The vast majority of them are drunks that cheat on their spouse and steal our money. So, what makes one fit for office?

Any incumbent that loses by 13 points in a cycle where his party generally crushed it is probably not fit for office.

haha no shite, my buddy called this said watch Jow will take Flakes seat, I for one think he is a huge a-hole but I hope he wins just so we can relish in the galactic level melt that will ensue.

I would start with someone who appears and acts responsibly, and is educated, with a firm grasp of the constitution.
That would be a great start. Unfortunately the majority of Americans are idiots and elect the same.

Most people I know (from different political opinions) are glad he is NOT sheriff anymore.

Joe Arpaio officially running for Senate in Arizona
That's good news for the GOP.
He'll take away a lot of far right votes from Kelli Ward and give McSally the inside straight for the nomination.
I sympathize with Kelli Ward and would have no problem voting for her but she's way too risky of a bet in Arizona.

This new obsession with choosing candidates based on who will cause the best melt is how the GOP lost the AL senate seat. Hopefully they try it again in AZ.

I didn't think it could get any dumber for Republicans after the Moore fiasco, but Sheriff Joe running just goes to show that the bar can still go lower.
