He's not really saying that at all. He retweeted her making a joke comparing ISIS to the NRA and it also references how they feel the repubs can be bought. I'm not actually making an argument about either party being bought just explaining the joke.

Well the message these folks want to get across is the NRA supports killing of people by supporting their rights given by the Bill of Rights.
It is not about corruption and money, which obvious to anyone paying attention, does not matter.

The guy got 10 mil a year to do a late night talk show. He started rubbing 3lbows with celebs and moved into the Hollywood bubble. And just like that, he turned into a giant, festering leftist.
It shouldn't be a surprise to anyone, since this is how most Hollywood stories end. The money makes them liberal. He just couldn't see how selfish he was until he was rich enough to be unselfish. How convenient.

Despite his so-called "feud", Jimmy is actually very close to Matt Damon and Ben Affleck. I remember Adam saying that he was seated with them during the rehearsal dinner and were by him in Jimmy's wedding. I think Silverman was the one who initially indoctrinated him and then once he got to be friends with A-Listers, they completely brainwashed him. Jimmy is actually friends with these people unlike most the other late night hosts (although I think Conan is legitimately friends with many of the big stand up comedians).
