No, you need to read Tulsi’s stuff and pay attention to the details.
There are two buckets. Hacking election infrastructure, I.e hard influence to change votes, and influence operations, i.e soft influence, hack and dump, social media bots and manipulation, etc.
Obama and Co. ruled out hard hacking of infrastructure in December per Tulsi. They then detailed the soft influence actions in the subsequent statement.
No one has ever really refuted that the soft influence happened. shite, Prighorzin confirmed it himself before he went splat.
