Reminded of a story my dad repeated that was supposedly told by the Israeli ambassador at the UN.
He started talking about how Moses saw the river and wanted to take a bath. While bathing, his clothes were stolen off the shore by a Palestinian.
The Palestinian rep gets up and shouts that there were no Palestinians in Israel at that time.
The Israeli ambassador says “Well, now that we have established that…”

The open kitchen concept was just a way to force kitchens to take care of their space. That discipline also means better execution, as you say.
