We really don't have an open border. We have an open border for people who want to violate our laws and walk in. We can let people who speak English and can support themselves immigrate to the U.S. through the proper channels, and I would not be opposed to making that legal process easier. Enough w/ the illegal immigration. No sane country would ever import economic parasites to counter a lower birth rate. Japan has a low birth rate; do you see them clamoring for central American refugees?

The US economy is propped up by companies paying dismal wages to desperate third worlders
Boomers need this fake economy to squeeze enough life out of social security before they die.
The only solution is mass deportations (this is my moderate stance), closed border, and learning to live with more expensive food and labor costs. This will cause untold damage to the (fake) economy.
