As the title says jerry miculek gives his thoughts on bump stocks and tries to run one against a semi-auto rifle without a bump stock.

I don’t own a bump stock and don’t have any plans to own a bump stock. However, I am anti bump stock ban. I’m pro rights.

What does one person, presumably a specialist, shooting faster than a bump stock prove?, that bump stocks don't generally raise the rate of fire for the average user? Why would anyone put that shite on their rifle if it didn't improve performance?
While the video is admittedly cool, I don't think it makes any kind of greater point.
