I’m not an attorney, but if Mueller doesn’t pursue charges, it appears that Bob was trying to manufacture a testimony. I’m not saying it is illegal, but the optics look bad if he doesn’t already have the goods on Corsi.

Fox legal analyst Gregg Jarrett says Robert Mueller is using threats, bribery and extortion to get targets to lie about committing crimes. That is probably part of Corsi’s complaint.

The emails revealed the shite storm that is the democratic party and the wrong doings of that party. The focus of this investigation is to discredit all participants in finding out about the emails. What does that do for any one?
The focus should have been from the beginning to question those who were involved in the writing and receiving of these emails and the contents. The emails were 'stolen' should not invalidate the contents and leave nothing to be followed up on for the details revealed by the emails.
