I think it’s commercial real estate is going to trigger. Banking collapse and an enormous recession that will hit late this year or early next. It will make 2008 look small in terms of the economic fallout.
Disney just cancelled a 1T commercial real estate venture in Lake Nona. That’s south of Orlando where a huge medical conglomerate has been assembling for several years. Anybody whose anybody in medicine is there now. Homes in that area start at a million dollars. Why cancel it?
We’re going to have a massive collapse very soon.
ETA: Additionally, consumer debt is at an all-fine high. People have maxed out their credit trying to deal with inflation and post-Covid living.
The student loan bubble just keeps growing and they haven’t made any payments in several years.
Car prices are absolutely insane and everybody seems to be driving a car that’s a lot newer than my 9 year old pickup truck.
Living paycheck to paycheck is a very bad strategy for long-term survival and most people have been doing it for quite some time.
It’s all going to come crashing down very soon.

May seem like it but maybe cause sometimes it's hard to figure the age of a car as we (mainly men) aren't keeping track of new cars as much as we use too.
Currently the avg age of cars is in the 12-13 yrs range, so you are not abnormal at all. BTW - I will only buy cars older than 2015, even though I can afford way nicer high end newer cars. To much technology, especially tracking tech in new cars, that can get hacked by the govt or just regular hackers. Also, how all new cars are being set up for the SaaS (subscription model) to nickel and dime people that paid full price for the hardware in the vehicle but can't use unless they pay monthly to actually use it.
What they were asking Musk to do to Teslas in Russia at the start of the war, should be a wake up call to all.

I'm 46 pushing on 47. By the time I am 80 or 85 (if I make it that long) this country will be in shambles. I feel sorry for the children that are just now starting kindergarten. The world will not be nice to them. That is why good parenting is needed now more than anything.
I believe we get 8 years from possibly DeSantis. After that, that will be when stuff hits the fan. This tossing back and fourth the presidency every 4 to eight years does not work quite so well anymore when you have a country divided like we are now. There is not one solution either side can come up with. No one will meet in the middle. This country is toast folks.

Always thought that but then wat he’d a video about it. Said that if yuan became world trading currency, commie china would not have control over it like they do and would not be able to manipulate it like they do. No control over it, it would crash and become worthless
