I'm sure JO has the adamant intention for things to play out exactly as he says. And if it were up to him, I'm sure it would.
But I find it bizarre to trust the government to hold the government accountable. That just illogical.

He's got a Livestream starting soon and says he was told police will be showing up during the stream. This is going to be over that scheme they uncovered in California of giving out cash and drugs to homeless people to register to vote.

Just read an article about it, looks like it was around ballot petitions to try and get proposed laws and constitutional amendments on the ballot without them being proposed via the State Legislature

Sorry, James. I like ya' and appreciate your work. But I don't believe at this point anyone is going to be arrested for election crimes. At least not anyone of real significance who was involved. But believe me, I hope I am wrong and I am ready for you to prove me wrong.

He could have a live stream of the entire DNC saying "Ya, we cheated and use voter fraud at every opportunity. Here is a USB drive with a detailed description of the who, when, and how, and how much we paid for it to happen" and then he hand-walks the USB drive and places it in the hands of Thune, Johnson, and Bondi.
And guess what? Nothing would happen.
