James Gunn Getting His Job Back Is A Win Against Outrage Culture

You may disagree with him, his politics, and hate his jokes. But you cannot claim he should stay fired while getting mad at those on the left who did up old tweets and try to get people on the right in trouble

Not even close to being the same comparison
He works for a family media company whose target audience is kids and was describing in to too much detail about pedophilia. You don't joke about shite like that. If he was with a company not Disney(or a kid friendly one) it would be one thing, but its Disney.
It blinds me how many of you Hollywood apologists are blind to the fact pedophilia, child and sex trafficking, and other crimes are rampant in Hollywood. Only Washington D.C. has higher concentrations
But of course the media brainwashes people to believe Hollywood actors, actresses, directors, and producers are gods.

I was driving by and saw this post, and I have to respond.
When I lived in L.A., I got to know people in the industry. It's surprising how normal most of them are. I went to social functions, including some of kids' birthday parties, and they weren't a whole lot different than what you might find in, say, Baton Rouge or New Orleans. Well, the weather was nicer, and, in general, the people were better looking.

Not really. It does nothing more than solidify the double standard on the left. Their people get reinstated but the people in the center or on the right still stay in the shadows

But your average everyday pedo is probably normal on the outside in perception.
Ever seen Breaking Bad? Gus Fring was portrayed as a normal, hardworking fast food joint owner.
Behind the scenes he was a ruthless murdering druglord.
I imagine most pedos and deviants are the same. They are normal on the outside. They have to be. Same with politicians. Most politicians portray themselves as model human beings working for the greater good of their constituents, but most of them are actually corrupt monsters.
