They know that most people refusing to provide ID are a huge issue and many immediately call for backup.

This is just another example.

I love sovereign citizen videos trying their shite. When the cuffs go on they suddenly want to cooperate. It’s hilarious.

He is going to make it in court. And he's going to win. And it's going to be easy

Why do so many people confuse this with Sovereign citizens? Can you at least fricking try to inform yourself. Sovereign citizens are complete nut jobs who think they have found some sort of loophole in the Constitution that means they don't even have to have driver's licenses and that there are no traffic laws that actually apply to them

I know you're conservative and I suspect that you and I agree on about 99% of issues. But what I'll say is this. Nearly everything you have ever said about a government agency and their disregard for citizens was true. And all of it applies to the police too.

I'm not supposed to expect the driver to be fricking professional. I mean it's nice if he is but there's no reason for me to expect it

Driving is a privilege, not a right. They have control of a ton of metal going at 55 mph. So yes I can expect drivers to be professional and not idiots. The right to drive is nowhere in the Bill of Rights.

Do you expect them to be MORE professional then the people we gave badges too who have the authority to put you in a cage?

Also the whole driving is a privilege thing is such fricking stupid silliness. There's no right to walk on sidewalks in the Constitution either

Charges of possession of not more than 20 grams of marijuana and use or possession with intent to use drug paraphernalia were dropped and citations for not having headlights on during rain, fog or smoke and not wearing a seat belt were dismissed, according to court records. He was sentenced to two days of time served in jail.

So he spent two days in jail for literally nothing. The possession was bullshite. The "headlights" thing was bullshite.

Why was he stopped again? Headlights?

so the "marijuana" was just made up.

"reaching for a knife" was made up.

the POS cop did not include his own POS fatass self punching the driver in the face at least twice in the report.

ETA: this driver is going to fricking OWN Jacksonville, FL

Nope. Didn’t comply. Maybe a nuisance settlement. He’s not getting a big payday.

Wrong

The stop was illegal from the get go

His person was searched illegally and his vehicle was searched illegally

You're an idiot

All of that may be true.

You still have to comply with the order to get out.

not if the stop was illegal

what if your daughter gets stopped in some town for no reason?

what if the person who stopped your daughter looks unprofessional but appears to possibly be a cop?

what if that fricking piece of shite who stopped your daughter is NOT a cop?

you advise your daughter to do as he says?

You’re just…wrong. You still have to listen and comply in giving your information or exiting the vehicle. There is no avenue whereby you can refuse to ID yourself, provide registration/insurance where applicable, or exit the vehicle when ordered. Your avenue to redress illegality for searches or stops is in court.

Well my daughter isn’t a moron so unless it’s a marked vehicle with a uniformed officer that provides his name or identification, she’d call into either 911 or the local PD and ask before leaving the car.
