Just watched the video of the questioning. He was asked whether the toll records contained contents and he said no.
I don’t know if he was asked if he got other records and whether those had the contents, but if the toll records did not have the contents then technically he told the truth
Slippery lawyer technicalities, but plausible.

Weird. Depends on what the definition of is is.
It's why someone certain dude said first we kill all the lawyers.

That POS should be in jail. FU Jack Smith

It seems like a really sloppy thing for him to lie about. He would know whether those records exist and it would be easily verifiable either way.

So now "lawfare" includes all government-prosecution subpoenas? The term was already malleable and very expansive, but that just increases both by like 100x

I'm quite positive they were not wiretapped Records were subpoenaed There is a much lower bar for subpoenas Also, I fully expect people who were duped by dishonesty who think things like wiretapping happened are going to respond like I'm being pedantic for explaining the dishonesty even though it's a perfect example of how it corrupts the thought process of casual observers
It’s always the same players- Boasberg signed off on Jack Smith subpoena of Ted Cruz cell

Or he doesn't gaf and knows the soundbite is worth more than the repercussions.
After all he is a pos attorney.
The truth is fungible and a commodity to be traded.
And something to be parsed like Billy Clinton.

That’s pretty ballsy of him knowing he had to get through four years of the Trump Administration.

Lol really?
The last fricker to get rolled up with costs was Nixon
These attorneys know they can lie with zero repercussions.
It gives them a hard on.

There are no allegations of wiretapping in OP. Why did you use this quote?

Speaking of tap dancing fricks here he comes

IF - IF - IF - IF
IF the politics were reversed on this you would already have created a library of examples proving his duplicity and taken anyone to task who supported him.

He didn’t wire tap them, he just bypassed protocol to secretly look at their text messages without their knowing.
I enjoy watching you having to choke down “these are all baseless conspiracy theories and everything the left does against the right is above board” shite sandwiches.

James Comey lied also, and he's still walking around. Anthony Fauci lied and nothing happened to him.
Jack Smith belongs to the Teflon Crowd. Just like Barook Hussein Obama.
