This is what people dont understand the Commanders are a private company and can restrict what their employees say as officials in their organization. This is no different than Home Depot saying you cant wear BLM pins at work but people dont want to see it that way. You cant have it both ways.

Agreed but does it require a $100K donation to the Alter of the Woke?

This isn’t congress prohibiting him from speaking his mind, but it is an attack on free speech nonetheless.

...and when the attack is from a company that is being pressured or coordinating with the government it's actually illegal.

He probably won't voice a controversial political opinion while on work time, wearing work clothes, and on TV.

You mean like all the other folks who do it, but are okay because they adhere to the narrative?

He gets opinion from the narrative, therefore will never be on the wrong side. Definition of a sheep.

Yeah jackass because employers and the organizations they belong to should have carte blanche on people's speech. He was not saying that as a representative of the league or the team.

Tough guys thinking that they even live in a world where their opinions matter enough to even profile outside the bar where they mumble them out to people who don't give a frick.

Does the NFL have a policy on this? Is it equally applied? Does the NFL have a policy limiting the questions that can be asked to football related questions from media? If not, why? If not, does that imply that questions and answers of this nature are allowed?

Has the NFL said exactly what he was fined for?

I don't think the NFL fined him. It was the organization from what I read.

Only if you are on one side of the issue. It's perfectly fine for the other side to say and do anything with no consequences.

It was diversity hire, Ron Rivera, that fined him.

The same Ron Rivera with a .523 coaching record in the NFL.

Its only because he is white! Don't you understand that. Racism only works if its attacking a White, Straight, Christian Male! If you can attack those 3 Characteristics you have a homerun my friend. No one will say anything.

You think and NFL job is like your job working in an office? Or what if you said something away from the office but it roiled the office and affected productivity - could your employer fire you? In what world do you think your opinions and speech are immune from any consequences?

Exactly. He could successfully sue them, but it’s not worth it
