I'm a member of my employee union, but I made it very clear that, if I didn't think it was worth the dues that I would opt out after year 1.
To date, I can't get them to answer one simple question. (It's not what you think: I want to know, if they are willing to pay for Bachelor's Degrees for my employees, why can't they pay for exam vouchers for certifications, at least the first attempt?)

I am very lucky to get out of that place alive and in one piece. Still have not been the same after I left. Then I was so messed up and my sister and father were the ones I talked to about the Post Office but not even help me try to get justice. Both didn't believe me. I had only 180 days to file but it was long past that. I didn't even know I had only 180 days to file and I was confused and messed up. Didn't know what just happened to me. I was just lost and tried to get another job but it never panned out due to not being able to work due to continued health issues.
