Anywhere there are US taxpayer dollars being handed out by a government agency there is an opportunity for skimming, kickbacks and theft.

Somali’s should not be allowed in this country. They will never assimilate, and have no desire to do so. The most ridiculous part about all of this is that a lot of this money is funneled to Islamic terrorist organizations.
