I thought you conservatives believed communism was dead. Didn't Reagan defeat communism?
Reagan defeated the USSR. It no longer exists. Communism will always be around. See Cuba and North Korea as good examples.

Conservatives will miss North Korea and Cuba more than communists. You like having them around as the other to try to prove capitalism is better.
But you don't like having countries like Liberia and Sierra Leone or Malawi as examples of capitalism since the world capitalist economy has made them what they are.

Nope. If Zach had fiat power both countries would fall tomorrow. I don't need them around to prove communism is a failure.

They're not. Sub Saharan African states are Marxist economies.

You don't know Marxism or your history. The capitalist powers carved up Africa to use as colonies in the world-capitalist economy. They have continued to serve as sources of raw materials and agricultural products for the capitalist powers.
Angola and Mozambique have been part of the world capitalist economy since the 1990s. Even Mugabe had to sell his country's products on the world market.
The idea of Sub-Saharan African being Marxist is ludicrous. Sure Tanzania tried a more socialist path but all these countries are part of the world-capitalist economy and have been since the 19th century.

I knew more about both by the age of 10 than you know now. Colonialism and capitalism have NOTHING to do with what REPLACED Colonialism and Capitalism. What replaced it was Marxism. Nelson Mandela wrote the praises of Communism from his jail cell. His hero was Castro. As each African nation escaped colonialism and became independent the first thing they did was confiscate private land and nationalize private institutions.
Do you really enjoy looking this stupid on a message board all day?

communism has failed almost everywhere it has been tried.
the only remotely "successful" model of communism is China, which is basically state-regulated capitalism.

Mandela when he came to power maintained the market economy in South Africa and South African became an even bigger part of the world capitalist economy when he came to power since trade was restored.
Sub-Saharan African is firmly part of the world capitalist economy. All these countries trade products on the world market and have private industries in each country.
You really need to understand Marxism. What you see in African today is not Marxism. All countries, I repeat all countries trade and buy and sell products on the world market as part of the world capitalist economy.
Name me on country in Africa that is a Marxist state that does not partake in the world capitalist economy and does not sell products on the world market and does not send laborers all over the continent. You do realize that millions of Africans sell their labor across national boundaries.

So, if North Korea trades some soybeans to South Korea for some rice, then North Korea is not longer a Communist country. They are a free market capitalist state?

Cuba and North Korea are shining examples of the utter failure of your warped ideology, comrade.

Name me one country in Africa that is currently a Marxist state that does not partake in the world-capitalist economy and does not trade its raw materials and products on the world-market in exchange for cash and does not actively seek outside capitalist investment. Name me one country in Africa that does not actively seek outside capital.

So, Marxism is the absence of money?

It's much worse than that. They HATE black people.
Yet, listen to the StrongSafety types out there. They've swallowed the narrative whole.
