A major reason why people even know Soros or think of him in terms of being evil is due specifically to Russian propaganda creating that meme.


It was actually created by a couple of Americans running Orban's initial campaigns... as a candidate invoking populism he needed an enemy, and Soros was the only domestic name available (despite the fact that Orban, himself, had received a Soros grant). Those two operatives are Jewish themselves, and have been called to task for creating a new wave of antisemitism in Europe as the meme spread.

We have a factory in Hungry (German owned company) and I was just in Budapest a few weeks ago and was amazed at the hate for Zalinski. All the locals i spoke to about the upcoming election were all also very against the free immigration happening all over the EU. I am not sure how things will work out after this election but it will be interesting to watch.
