That was a very suspicious video. Did they have their camera fixed on that building because Israel warned them or was it fixed on their because Hamas making propaganda videos?
If they were warned it was happening and people died then that’s on Hamas.

Then where is the impact on the roof. There is none. This shite is so fake. There is not a missile or bomb in the inventory that is launched from plane, drone or launcher that has that kind of angle of attack. You want to level that building? Two 2,000lb JDAMS would make mincemeat of that and leave no doubt as to what did it. That was either a controlled explosion or something like Hammas blowing it up from underground.

The money shot is dead center of the roof, Had to enhance the video and it's hid by the darkness of night. IAF put it dead center of the roof and delayed the explosion. Nice shot

I was watching someone on AL Jazeera yesterday that was on the building next to it, as far as I can tell. He basically said that they were warned that the building would be bombed. Then, while he was talking, there was a small explosion on the roof. He then said that is another warning that they are going to bomb that building. They hit it with another one a little while later.
He said a lot of media are in that building. I was at work listening to this, so I'm not entirely sure about all of the details.
