Perfectly logical question to ask after so many people have had cardiac issues from the COVID vaccines. I hope that is not the case for this guy. If they discover that was the catalyst in this injury, we will never know. They won’t divulge that unless he decides to divulge that. There’s too much money on the line and these government agencies have spent too much on the propaganda for that to seep through.
I do encourage these questions because they forced that vaccine on so many people and it’s hurt so many people.

How is this disrespectful?

We are all praying and hoping he lives and returns to normal but when have Democrats ever been respectful. Didn’t they come up with never let a crisis go to waste. Haven’t they exploited the random deaths of people of color for their own agenda.

I think what this is is a group went into a position two years ago of their superiority and their denigration of people who did not trust the messenger RNA nor the ones administering the therapy.
Now they come from a position of deep regret and fear.
THAT is what is happening now and illustrated/repeated in each of these incidences

He made a hit then collapsed. sounds like a spinal cord injury to me
Yeah. Happens all the time where a player suffers a devastating spinal cord injury and then immediately stands straight up.
I'm not laughing at you, not the player.

It’s also logical to look at the data and not anecdotal situation. It’s also logical to ask if their are increased heart issues if it caused by a new virus that infected the entire planet.

My money is on commotio cordis. Basically in layman's terms he got his heart "jiggled" interrupting the normal electrical impulses and needed a defib to regain sinus rhythm.
If the impact is in the right place it does not take a lot. As tackles go it was a standard collision.

commotio cordis.
* Overwhelmingly found in teens
* Overwhelmingly seen in baseball
Also, Damar had pads that lock in place over the that specific area, upon impact

If you take impact at the right angle underneath the ribcage it can happen. But, please don't let me get in the way of the inane railing about the vaxx. You have an agenda to pursue.

Initially didn't think this was the cause, as the hit was weak and not direct. But after reading several of the cited articles it does appear that timing and location are most important.
While the pads would play a mitigating factor, it's widely documented other sports players have suffered this when wearing chest protectors. Given that the Bengals players' shoulder pad directly hit over the LV (the ONLY place it can be triggered)...most likely this is the cause.

Commotio cordis is a Latin meaning "agitation of the heart". It is defined as sudden cardiac death secondary to relatively low-impact blunt trauma to the anterior chest wall. Sudden cardiac death following chest trauma has been reported in the medical literature since the middle of the 18th century in the context of chest trauma among workers (1, 2).
While the accurate incidence of these nonstructural cardiac injuries is unknown, mostly due to under-reporting of cases, commotio cordis has been reported as the second most common cause of sudden death in athletes, especially in baseball and hockey players (sports with blunt projectiles) and football players (a sport with more physical body contact) (2). Young males are mainly affected. Mean age of victims is 15 and only 9 percent of the reported cases were older than 25 years (1, 2). Despite its traumatic manifestation, sudden death due to “commotio cordis” appears to be a primary electrical incident, with ventricular fibrillation (VF) occurring immediately upon chest wall impact (3). The most important variable in the development of VF in the cases of commotio cordis appears to be the timing of blunt chest trauma within the cardiac cycle. Only impacts occurring during a 20 to 40 millisecond window on the upslope of the T-wave (early ventricular repolarization) will cause VF (4).
Other factors, like location of impact (directly over the cardiac silhouette), velocity of impact [as projectile velocity increases up to 40 miles per hour (mph), the incidence of VF increases to 70%] (5), hardness of an impact object (harder objects are more likely to cause VF (6) and shape of an impact object (flat objects have never caused VF in the experimental model, and smaller diameter spheres are more likely to cause VF) (7) are also important factors to cause the problem.

btw here is a picture of EXACTLY where the hit has to occur or it will not induce commotio cordis:

Pure brain-rot on display in this thread. Remarkable.

Everything that is wrong with this world can be summed up in that one picture. Look at all the fatties with their phones out looking for all those future dopamine hits they'll get from the shitty friends with their shitty lives on their ahitty social media pages.
