Yeah, he did. No Kavanaugh, Barrett, or Gorsuch, and Roe is still law of the land.

OK.

Thanks McConnell.

Where did I say McConnell doesn’t get credit? Not only did he get them in, he prevented Garland. Still, as soon as rape allegations surfaced against an appointment, most presidents would have cut and run, found someone else. Maybe even have picked some compromise candidate who is soft on abortion. Trump didn’t.

And again, Trump probably isn’t a hard liner against abortion personally. If he hasn’t paid for his own, he definitely counts as friends people who have. And yet, he didn’t back down, and now Roe is gone. I’ll repeat it again, it doesn’t matter what you think of the man personally, it only matters what he does in office.

2A is also in much safer hands with those three on the court

he pulled those names off exactly the same heritage society list that any GOP elected president would have used.

Two agreeing psychiatrists.

Then again, in many of these instances, it ain't that damn hard.

Sure, but every one of them except for trump would have cut and run as soon as the rape allegations came out against Kavanaugh. Can you imagine JEB! getting him through?

So, at best, your argument is that it would've been maybe a 5-4 decision but probably not...

Sorry bud, but the "without Trump" narrative will not work.

By the way, I've given Trump credit for his SCOTUS nominations before. I'm just not willing to pretend only he could've made those nominations. He's mostly the beneficiary of timing on this one.

You still haven’t responded to my point that Trump, however great his timing might have been, did what he could do to overturn Roe despite almost certainly being personally pro-abortion.

Are these psychiatrists who don’t regard a man who thinks they are a woman as delusional? I’d say that ain’t that damn hard either but the majority of the field gets that one wrong

He didn't overturn it, and there's nothing you can do to give him any additional credit for that.

He nominated the justices he was told to nominate. He gets as much credit as the Bushes. No more. No less.

Now, the other problem you have with this tangent is that he didn't take executive action related to abortion. You can't get around that.

I note you didn’t respond to the first part of my post. You are fine with trusting rights to a group that doesn’t even know what a man or woman is
