What coalition did Trump build? Trump goes from "The best there ever was." to "Worthless! Who hired this guy anyway!" in about a week. I won't pretend like the GOP didn't strike first, but Trump is insulting and abusive to anyone standing in his way.

Heaven forbid people have political principles that they don't shitcan the second some candidate they have an odd, misplaced loyalty to "pivots". Trump is a populist. Sometimes that Venn diagram has an intersection with conservative/limited government ideals, sometimes it doesn't. Don't see Vivek as a libertarian, not according to the few public statements have heard.
He just seems too smart to align himself with that. Has he ever claimed to be one?
Have listened to the foremost libertarian talk show for years - Free Talk Live - just out of curiosity.
There's nothing one hears on that show that can't be helped with a good swig of Maalox.
Just about everything we've heard from Vivek would be antithetical to the unbelievable assertions one hears on that program which consist of a constant stream of unbridled license for just about everything but the worst anti-personnel offenses.
All the deviancies and other self-destructive behaviors that if everyone did them they would undermine and eventually destroy a viable Republic - even would be a threat to the continuation of the species.

This is true. The republican party has done an incredibly poor job(intentionally?)representing the views of conservatives. It must be reformed, or destroyed.
