I mean, 2 years ago, Nancy Pelosi would be considered as a radical liberal and now, with each passing day, she’s looking like the most level headed of the bunch. You see it in Congress, you see it in the primary race - the party and its old guard are at odds with the communists now trying to take over. They can’t agree over impeachment, the Green New Deal, whether insulting Jewish people is a bad thing, school busing Policy in the 1970s, and even trivial things like whether Twitter is an effective messaging tool. This is the best reality show on TV right now.

It really has gotten bad, but the party has gone so far left, you have to say over-the-top stupid shite to get noticed

You’re assuming they won’t believe in freedom.

In 20 years, 70+% of white people will be voting Republican because Democrats are alienating whites. But I’m not sure how long this country will last if or when whites become the minority.

The Dems have made themselves unelectable to the people that vote. Right after 2016 I figured they would regroup and comeback toward the middle out of survival.

I underestimated the crazy. They are destroying their own party.

My only hope is that a true Patriot steps up to run after Trump.

Your looking at it through the lens of a heavy right conservative. I post on more liberal boards, so ill let you in on it.

The Democrats as you know them are dealing with their own split, similar to post 2008 Republicans. Nancy and other establishment Democrats are seen as Corporate Dems.

They get this label because of their obvious corporate backing. They will cave to corporate interests just like RINOs, they just do it in a different way. Many Democrats want new leadership away from the Clinton stranglehold the party is currently under. This is why the Justice Democrats are so popular. But even that wont be enough.

The key reason why the Republican party recovered is solely because of Trump. Also the agendas of conservative blocks (Evangelicals, Warhawks, Big/small businesses, blue collars) dont conflict with each other (political at least).

The Republicans didn’t take the radical and crazy route like the Democrats have though. It happened so quickly that I think it’s going to hurt the Democrats. The Democratic Party is becoming too crazy and irrational. There isn’t the slightest bit of rational thinking right now from the left.

That party is in turmoil there's no doubt about it. They would have a more successful platform to build on if they would just become the Green/Environmental party and just tell everyone that if you don't vote for us..you'll die soon and use some nifty scare tactics. It would work better for them. But instead they have environmental candidates, racist-racial reporation candidates, and pure socialist candidates.

They aren't and never will be on the same page because each one is trying to sell their identity on a single main selling point while dismissing others as less important, and their voters are confused on which one should be solidified as the frontrunner...they're a confused mess.
