It will be quick and they will find him guilty. I’m shocked they didn’t go out and then turn right back around and come back in with a guilty verdict. Honestly if the jury has not returned a verdict by lunch today I would be super shocked considering the climate surrounding this case.

It sill take days. They will go through all the motions of methodically going through the testimony and elements. My guess is next Tuesday.

I'm serious. I think these jurors know the pressure of this case, and they want to be able to give good answers when they are inevitably asked how they arrived at their decisions.

Anyone who says definitely yes or no has probably never experienced jury trials first hand.

The "climate surrounding a case" should not be considered at all...wouldn't you agree?

Also, keep in mind they have 3 charges to consider. So even if you think he should be found guilty quick, the jurors have to come to a unanimous decision on each charge.

They could be be stuck on guilty/not guilty on acquittal vs a charge for just as long as guilty of manslaughter vs 3rd degree murder or 3rd vs 2nd...

If it were 1 charge, I think we would have something today. Because it is 3 charges, I think we are looking at just before lunch time tomorrow.

I watched almost the entire trial and this is my gut feeling based on the watching the trial and having been a foreman for a 5 day trial.

Obviously they decide when they are done and could be hour 1 today our 2 weeks from now.

of course most people agree with that.

but people also agree there shouldn't be stolen elections, completely open borders, abortion after birth, constitutional ammendment ignored, etc

There is at least one person on that jury that has an ounce of integrity. It'll be a hung jury.

Remember when The OJ verdict came so quickly. That was crazy.

Tell that to super conservative Republican Supreme Court Justice John Roberts.

I hope it’s not this morning. I’m boarding a plane soon and don’t want it to fall from the sky when the verdict drops.
