Is it time to disembowel and eliminate the CIA?

It's tough to tak a post seriously when it posts this -

Sure it recruits there. And if they did not we would complain about it "not recruiting at the universitities all the big companies, banks, consulting companies recruit at, why is McKinsey recruiting at Harvard but not the CIA?' It seems like some people want to complain about something no matter if it makes sense or not, or do we want CIA just to be people with Associate Degrees with no foreign language skills who graduate from community colleges or schools like Southern and Grambling?
Secondly, it's just not true. The CIA officer killed in an attack about a decade ago in Afghanistan was Johnny Spann - an Auburn Graduate. Berntsen (the guy quoted above) didn't go Ivy either, he went to University of New Mexico. Jose Rodriguez, the long time leader of the Clandestine Service (basically, the spies) is from the University of Florida.
The CIA recriuting only Ivy's is something from 50 years ago. Now they go all over. I saw a flier for a CIA interview session at St Johns (the famous basketball school in NY where Pitino coaches) last year in their student union.

A post above says the CIA (!) has written and is sending around a manual on how to be a bad worker for the government.
I find that hard to believe for two reasons.
1. It seems ridiculous on its face
and
2. Do people really need tips on how to work bad while in the government? Next time you deal with a surly person at the Department of Motor Vehicles look at him or closely and lean in and say "Got it, you're CIA, don't worry, I won't blow your cover"!
