Is it basically a given that every large company is going to have a DEI program?

Go browse any large company's website. Unless they aren't an overtly conservative company like Patriot Mobile or a gun manufacturer, they have the DEI page.
I know SFP is going to insist this is all organic and a perfectly healthy form of capitalism, and even convince himself that the market is demanding companies engage in these programs.
When in reality it is an extortion racket. And since our large banks and financial institutions are pretty much quasi-state owned entities as it is... this is very clearly forced propoganda. The state just knows if they can filter it though multiple levels, the public will accept that this is still the free-market.

You can already tell that more and more blacks are getting tired of being lumped together with LGBQT. Especially when LGBQT is getting all the benefits and the blacks increasingly feel like they are getting nothing. DEI is going to end up fractionizing those groups and turn them against each other.

It’s part of ESG scoring. DEI is required. It drives their investors.

Yes. Everyone is afraid of liability and getting sued. An industry has been created that now creates more bloat and racism/hate

Yep. My employer has had a similar program promoting women for decades. After our most recent CEO linked his salary with stock price that program morphed into DEI.
They don't have a lot of sway in the company, just for show, but it's there.
