What evidence do you have?
I'm not saying they definitely allowed it. I'm saying we shouldn't discount the possibility.

Why not? It's a stupid supposition. Why shouldn't it be discounted as the drivel it is?

There is reason to believe that they allowed Oct 7th to happen
Even Hamas was surprised they were able to do what they did
You know the same sort of people on this board who will go to their grave believing 9/11 was an "inside job", also believe 10/7 was simply a tragic intelligence failure.
Israel is flanked by its enemies, and actually lives with the enemy who hates it the most. Hamas and Israel share the same front porch and backyard. They're that close.
Israel has an intelligence service that rivals anything in Western Europe, and they have no peer in the Middle East. Israeli Intelligence actually has moles in Iran. They know every single thing that goes on the in the Middle East, but we're somehow supposed to believe that they had no idea Hamas was planning this attack?
Ok.

Support for Israel mostly comes from dumbass evangelicals who never turn off Fox News.
Those dipshits think Bibi is gonna bring Jesus back. fricking morons.

While the Shin Bet and the military have conducted their own investigations and submitted detailed reports on the operational failures that led to the Oct. 7, 2023 attack, Netanyahu refuses to allow a state commission of inquiry to examine the failures of Israel's leadership that contributed to the attack.
I'm not saying this is proof of anything. But usually when you're trying to hide something it's because you have something to hide.
Edited to add link

It's a rather long article highlighting the multiple intelligence failures

I really don't get it either
Why would Christians be so hellbent on supporting people who don't share the same faith?

And Israelis are more than happy to feed that too. They laugh at Christians. Evangelicals either forget or never quite learned that Israeli Jews don't believe what they believe.

Let’s not forget they were the main “intel” saying Saddam had weapons of mass destruction. They love to lie to get us to do their fricking dirty work.

But they're definitely telling the truth this time!

So political appointments trying to protect each other concerning an investigation is the kill shot that the Jews allowed Hamas to run amok?

This is what people were saying in 1970.
Israel will survive: not only does Israel not need the United States, the average Israeli citizen would probably be safer without continued U.S. meddling in the region. How many millions upon millions in aid given to “humanitarian” relief efforts in Gaza have gone directly into the coffers of Hamas?
State Department official admits ‘no guarantees’ US aid won’t go to Hamas…
Further, it is false to claim Israel is alone in the region. The last thing Saudi Arabia wants is a nuclear Iran and the Saudis will look upon Israel as a counterbalance to Iranian hegemony in the Middle East.
Report: Saudi Arabia warned Iran to make nuclear deal with US or risk war with Israel…

Evangelicals want war in Israel. They believe it will bring the second coming of Christ and the rapture or whatever else, and when that happens, they believe they're the only ones who get to go Heaven.
War in Israel is a glorious thought for them.

I'm not sure why you're insisting on being intentionally stupid. I never said they definitely allowed it. I'm saying that it's at least plausible.
Their disproportionate response might be evidence that this is a plausible scenario.

Ok it's possible.
Highly unlikely but ok.

Where on earth did you get that nonsense from? Are there SOME... there's nutjobs in every group.. sure... but by and large, that's simply not true. You, of course, know this, but it doesn't fit with your apparent viewpoint on both Christianity and Israel.
