Any Islamic preaching against pedophilia is peak irony.

I’m on Team Jesus. Sorry, Israel. Simple as that for me. Fight your own battles.

The UK is not a significant military power. They are living off their past.

The answer is yes. I didn’t realize they refused to allow the US to use Diego Garcia. Any illusion of being a true partner of the US is done-they’re basically France.

No. Despite our shared histories, they are only aligned with us when it suits them.

They are the same imho…acting in their own self interest (which is what we should do).

The UK is proving to be an unreliable partner. Israel is not afraid to fight and do heavy lifting. Israel is deeply tied to US equipment.

UK diminishing in value vs. Middle East allies is a reflection of the rise of Texas vs. the fall of New York.

As far as governments go, without question. The people themselves may be a bit different as I feel like native UK people still very much identify with us, but governments yes.

The UK is now Pakistan North and is simply circling the drain at this point. They’re absolutely fricked and they only have themselves to blame.

I’m sure it burns their arse up that Trump essentially treats them as just another moderately friendly nation that doesn’t really offer anything and not some jewel of an ally.

If you’ve been to London at any point in the last 5 years you’ve seen just how dire it is there.

It really does feel this way, and it’s a little sad

The UK government is not our ally.

In fact, Labour sent volunteers into Virginia to canvass against Trump in 2024.
