Geopolitics have changed from circa 2004. The arab states have built luxury hotels. SAs oil wasn't cutting it.
They left their royal bloodline marrying first cousins tribalism. They turned in their camels and bought jets, and now mimic the USA. Being saluted by uniformed military when landing.
The new leader is more regal. It is respect. In the end they are using us- like everyone else... for globalism wealth in Dubai and the UAE.
It isnt a diss to the USA. It is the chamged arab politics.
