Other than he doesn’t have a clue what he’s talking about.

It’s all about oil and money. Under the deal, the security council five plus the EU/Germany agreed to purchase an absurd amount of oil from Iran in order to boost their economy. In addition to the deal not having proper protections in place, it imposed an enormous fiscal burden on the US because Obama agreed that the US would purchase most of the oil even though it’s really not necessary for economic output. When the US pulled out of deal, it left the remaining countries on the hook for purchasing that oil, which none of them want to do. (Why hurt your financial health when you have someone like Barack agreeing to foot the bill for everything?)

Iran has stated clearly that their exceeding the agreed it limits was in reaction to the EU’s failure to meets these purchase obligations under the deal and that if the EU meets it’s obligations then Iran will scale back production to the agreed limits.

Weird how that always happens on one side for you

Very libertarian, indeed.

You’d be wrong. The conservative regime of Iran is supported by the lower class. The middle and upper classes tend to support the reformers who are much more Western-minded.

Well that's a hot take.

Definitely batshit crazy and completely stupid.

But a hot take indeed.

Correct.

Obama's failure to support the protests of 2009 was a stain on America's reputation. Nobody was asking him to invade the country, just not turn a blind eye to the pleas of people who were sick of the oppression from the regime.

Fortunately, the next time Iran had massive protests against the regime, President Donald Trump along with the entire United States Government supported it as loudly and proud as they could.

The problem you have is not understanding or acknowledging Gods foreign policy when it comes to Israel.

MAD

India has nukes as well.

The level of debate has seriously dropped on TD

I was giving an example of a semi rogue country threatening a democracy with nukes Sherlock. Try and follow the conversation.

Pakistan has nukes —- Threatens India who also has nukes on reg

Iran will have nukes —- Will threaten Israel who also has nukes

I guess I’ll have to draw a fricking diagram next time genius

Iran breeches the threshold for enriching weapons grade uranium in a relatively short amount of time since the agreement was ended. Do you really think Iran was in compliance during the agreement period? Come on man.

Trump dropped the USA out of it. It was a multilateral agreement and the Europeans were/are still abiding by it.

TBoy is right on this one. It was a multilateral deal, but the US leaving it technically breaks the agreement. It doesnt help that Russia is trying to back out as well. The US 'cast the first stone' for this contract.

Look. Im not saying leaving the deal was a bad decision. I understand the reasoning. But breaking part of a contract and expecting the other side not to respond is naive. It was inevitable that Iran would do more once the US left.

People will downvote you. But you make a point. We call ourselves a Christian nation but our freedoms are by necessity counterintuitive to that notion.

I guess this is a battle of values for you. As a Republican, arent you suppose to support smaller government and generally prefer nations keep themselves save for defense?

By putting the Shah in control, we are taking away the vote from the Iranians and controlling their destiny. That is the complete opposite of small government.

And when did Iran become the terrorist punching bag instead of Saudi Arabia and Wahabists?

You dumb bastard. Iran was NEVER going to comply with the deal.

That is speculation. They have more to lose betraying the deal than keeping it under the original term.

Then why break it to begin with. The Euros are still on board. This is bullshite they didn't exceed uranium levels in this short amount of time. They were cheating.

If the agreement is broken due to the U.S. rightfully backing out, then there is nothing for Russia to back out of right?

He is though. Sanctions are crushing them. They will likely have an uprising and not war. Be patient. War is what the Deep Statebis trying to get. That's why they use boogeymen like North Korea and Iran
