Yes, that may be the case... but for the sake of argument the Tank is parked directly across the street from YOUR house only, not your neighbors. The Gun Turret is rotated, pointing at your living room window as other support vehicle are also pulling up nearby.
AND they have a megaphone, telling all your neighbors that YOU are a "very bad person" who needs to "give up or else it'll be curtains, see?

You can reject all the analogies you want. It doesn't negate the declared OR implied definition of "war" -- most of us know it when we see AND feel it.

I can't think of anything more profoundly stupid than for Iran to sink one of our carriers. We'd wipe their energy sector out within hours and it would take at least 5 years to have it operational again.
