God I hope she gets put in prison soon. But I doubt it.

Its legendary what she is doing to that city.
I've never seen a city so cucked, literally... as New Orleans.

I mean, she's busy out there getting things done. You people don't seriously expect her to fly economy? You're lucky she's saving money by flying commercial at all.
Istiphobes are just going to Istiphobe, I suppose.

What are some of his policies you like?
I've worked with him on initiatives that are important to me. which he also supports. He's not part of the cesspool that is our City Council. I know him personally and he's a genuine, humble guy.

Did you like LaToya’s policies when she was running?
I liked that she wasn't part of a political dynasty in New Orleans. She's actually a lot like Trump - an inarticulate, emotional political outsider who can't take any criticism.
She was a very successful councilwoman. She brought a lot of attention to Broadmoor which resulted in additional housing and retail spaces. She was instrumental in opening the low-barrier shelter here, which was desperately needed. When I taught in her district, I reached out to her to help me orchestrate a field trip to city hall for my students. She arranged for then-mayor Mitch Landrieu to "run into" my students, which was pretty special and earned her points for me.
She's a shite mayor.

Spoiler alert; they will.

So you are just not happy with the homegrown obvious trash. Must be hard to think that the lower tier political trash leader that dims have are the exception vs the rule

This statement is dripping with irony.

Cantrell isn't homegrown.

I appreciate the insight
And I hope, for all of y’all’s sake, that the next mayor is great.

Every time the council cuts her funding or tries to stop her, she sues and wins
City charter gives a ton of authority to the mayor

She’s been here long enough to be a long political figure who lead N O for going on 8 years and is considered a local politician vs a state politician or a DC political leader. That is the message of a homegrown( local stage) government figure. Her trash upbringing elsewhere just bloomed for the N O residents. If you voted at all I’d venture that you voted for her but being 30 or less take interest in voting there I’m guessing you didn’t. Not voting at all would have at least better than backing her

The bar is set extremely low.
