Nuclear isn’t just for weapons, so yes they will most likely continue to have a program. Bombs can set a program back briefly, but the knowledge doesn’t go away.
If you don’t collapse the regime, the most likely outcome is that they become more hardline & this gives more ammunition to those who may be in favor of a nuclear deterrent.
It’s the Libya/North Korea lesson.

Yeah there are lot of contradictions.
Going with “they don’t even want nuclear weapons” after blowing up JCPOA & bombing nuclear facilities twice is something.

Not "insinuating. I'm outright stating that he hasn't done it so far...
At this point he can't do it with any certainty by an air campaign alone...

It is worth noting that Intelligence and reports have been all over the place in relation to where that uranium actually is, and the majority of that intel has come from Israel, who has changed its story a few times now.
