DEI judiciary, the fourth branch. These judges think they have power over Trump… wtf? Because they were hired by Marxist shiteheads!

The lawyer that is representing you in court must... 1. Have a law degree 2. Have passed the Bar Exam 3. Be licensed to practice law in the state. Yet the Judge is not required to have any of those 3 things. If you think that makes sense then you are a special kind of stupid
The students are the teachers now..:makes sense??

My question is would it matter? A law degree does not equate into common sense and many judges, politicians, and practicing lawyers don't have enough sense to be walking around without a helmet.
It's not that hard to get into law school, pass the LSAT and have a high GPA.
The high GPA is usually useless degree such as health education, education, political science, public administration, history and the like.
Those types go to law school because they know that the potential for getting a job that will make an income just above poverty is slim
Most law students aren't engineers, physics majors, computer scientist or any other technical science, because those degree will provide an income immediately out of school, without the expense of going to law school.
Look up the average salary of a lawyer in your region compared to an electrical engineer.

Yeah, I've actually known about this for a while. I remember having a discussion with a lawyer in Texas in the late 90's when they passed a law saying that in order to take the bar exam they had to have a degree from an accredited law school. He did have one but was pissed about the law because he believed that anyone should be allowed to take the bar exam.
I see both sides in this debate. I would prefer the judges to have a degree and pass the bar, but I'm not sure about the lawyers.

As far as your comparison to the medical field,
As far as you comparing notable white men of the past to these DEI bitches, frick you.
That is the dumbest God damned thing I have seen on this board, ever.

Are these magistrates appointed or elected? If elected then the people in those communities are getting the judges they deserve. Are elected coroners required to be MDs? It seems nutty to elect a non-MD to that position but the voters can vote how they want.

Justice Court judges don't have to have them in Mississippi either
Bigger question is....
Do you want federal government setting qualifications for state officials?
