I work for a Fortune 100 company in Audit. Why on Earth is a country like America not advanced enough to have their voting online? As a publicly traded company you have to have controls in place rhat are jugely vetted to ensure that your data integrity is real before you present it to your investors. Can anybody explain why there can't be programs that bumps voting ballots against voter roles? Based on facts as well as common sense, system generated data will be a million times more accurate then punching a piece of paper or some stupid voting booth. I feel like both conservatives and Dems should push for this. No more fake voting unless you have a voter reg ID on file your vote doesn't count. Period.

We already have voting machines with open internet connection and source code out there possessed by hackers. And there's a group out there that's been helping scrub voter databases and they've been finding all sorts of problems. Everything electronic is jacked up and corrupted.

So, no thanks. Stupid idea.

The more antiquated, the more pain in the arse, the better.

Yes! Because the person has to actually show up.

Name me ONE system online that has not been hacked.

Yeah because that definitely wouldnt lead to even more voter fraud.

How many millions of old people would fall victim to phishing scams and end up having hackers casting votes in their names?

Name one instance where Democrats and Republicans weren't going after each other for some b******* about redistricting let's see intimidation at the polls gerrymandering, illegals and a million other things. If you treated it like a company and hire the right people you're just doing a reconciliacion is not that freaking hard. You can set up variance threshold to.001% accuracy. There is absolutely no argument to be made that manual is more accurate. Period.

Voting will be tied into our identity on a blockchain in 20 years.

People will still need to get off their arse and go to a polling location though.

Awesome. Amazon just going to ask you to listen to their conference call to tell their investors how well they did. We're not going to have anything that says the Integrity of our financial data is secure and accurate. The entire stock market would go bust overnight if we depended on manual transactions or data. Jeez.

You need to stick to the subject. The question is why are we not voting online. That answer is it's not accurate nor safe.

Why? Because it's hackable.

Has nothing to do with your solution. However, to address that, VOTER ID with proof of citizenship.

There is an argument to be made. I just told you an argument... HACKABLE. As in votes changed. AS IN RUSSIA

This is not that hard to grasp. I know people who have developed ways to vote serval times on line in contests.

I prefer for Gptxr to show up to the poll with his ID that was gotten with his ID by providing proof of citizenship.

I’d like to know that people voting are actually who they say they are and aren’t under duress when they cast their ballot.
