Biden did so as ordered by the US government, he did not do it to put his personal interests over the benefit of the US.
Shokin was not investigating corruption, so there was no personal benefit (re: Hunter Biden).
That's a shell game Fox is trying to use to distract you from Trump putting his interests over US interests
