Obama chose the dumbest old white guy he possibly could so as not to be outshined. He made a good selection- Joe fits that description to a tee!

Yeah, Joe did basically nothing for 8 years except take bribes. There’s a reason you didn’t see the two of them together all that much through those 8 years.
