Well I can tell you first hand back in my Tech career when I was in my 20's I had the opportunity to travel to Japan for business meetings with my company. Between the Jet Lag and losing a day on the calendar I couldn't suck down enough coffee during the afternoon of day 2 while sitting in meetings.
