I called AMS thing a homosexual and a commie for not believing in science.
I used language that CRT people would object too.
I suspect that chicken is concerned about his site being targeted by the commie cancel crew and I respect his decision to protect his business.
I’m just a guest here.
My apologies to chicken but never to the CRT/AMS crew.

The jury was completely intimidated.
I think manslaughter chg was appropriate. The others? Nah

you are getting hyperemotional. Lashing out with whatever feeble insults your poor little imagination can come up with to soothe yourself. pretty embarrassing behavior but honestly I can't expect anything better from you.

Emotional? You people are so stupid.
I’d say the same thing to you in person and laugh while your little feeling got hurt.
You people are funny.

I know.
You’d feel sorry for me while I laugh at you slinking away. I’d just go back to talking with my friends about boats and golf, enjoy my IPA and never think of you again. You feeling sorry for me is meaningless. Just know that.
Commie shite bird.

I agree with all you said. I even posted it in the prediction thread.
Floyd put himself on the ground in that position; by freaking out screaming he was claustrophobic to get in the cage of the police cruiser. I call BS because he had no problems riding in that little car he arrived in.
The only thing nagging at me with this is a juror that flapped her mouth, or some story? Said that Chauvin was too busy dealing with a mob screaming at him to assess Floyd or that he died.
But...she said another officer said hey let's turn him on his side, and that Chauvin was in charge and ignored him...
Also the last minute photos of Floyd showed unnecessary brutality.
So I am back to your opinion, manslaughter.

murder 2 in Minnesota - requires that a felony leads to the death.
you agree there was felony assault.
you agree that DC actions led to GF's death.
You agreed there was manslaughter, you agreed there was unnecessary brutality. that is murder 2 in Minnesota.

Bad cop + 5-time jailbird/drug addict resisting arrest =
one dead and one in jail
one dead and one in jail

he showed an utter disregard for Floyd's life by not getting him medical attention
Chauvin showed up relatively late to the encounter (relative to the arresting officer) and EMS had already been called.
I'm not defending 100% of his (or the other officers' conduct), but just trying to keep the facts straight.
Floyd did NOT want to get in the vehicle and they complied with his request to "just" lie down. He continued to resist even after he was allowed to "just" lie down. He died due to a combination of factors, most of which he had 100% control over.
Do I think Chauvin is guilty of manslaughter? Maybe. Do I think that taking all the factors together that there is some reasonable doubt? Frankly, I think that is probably more likely, however slightly.
And it doesn't (or shouldn't) take much more than that to acquit. It doesn't mean he's a good person and did right by George Floyd. Doesn't even mean I think he should continue being a cop.
But, the totality of the circumstances are far more in favor of "bad conduct short of a crime" than it is "murder and he should go away for the rest of his life."
Just my $0.02, but I did not sit in the jury, so I can't say definitively. What I am far more certain of than Chauvin's guilt of any crime (at least a felony) is that the jury was swayed by factors outside of the evidence presented and that isn't the way it is supposed to be in the United States.

It was skin torn and his knuckles torn. Don't get all weird. It could have been caused by Floyd when the chick video taping suddenly wasn't videotaping...
When Floyd was thrashing to not get in the cruiser. Floyd was a big man he could have easily got banged up thrashing.
Manslaughter is pushing it because the coroner testified he did not die from a knee to his shoulder blade.
Chauvin is therefore guilty of not realizing he was dying. Prisoners cry wolf all the time. So manslaughter is pushing it.

irrelevant for the charges he was convicted of.

I do have an honest question. This thread was for conservatives.
Why did you respond?
Get mad if you want to.

No idea the facts of the case, didn’t follow.
That said, manslaughter seems appropriate vs murder.
Still, what I do know is a mistrial seems appropriate with all the outside forces involved

You live in a filthy New York City where I have to deal with rude vile yankees escaping the insanity. DeBlasio & Cuomo are hated; but ya'll are too deep in the communism to do anything but frick up other States by moving out.
