Im glad we gave 9.2 billion to central america to stop illegals at root cause....

Giggles gave 4 billion in fed aid and 5.2 in private/public funding. This private/public funding is just federal money given to an NGO who then gets matching funding from the feds to "invest".
I suspect it was probably used to set up the NGOs to expedite the criminals to the US, thereby "solving" the immigration problem......for central america, since they did not have the expertise in filing the benefits papers, or the money to transport them.

Soros org Open Society Foundation just uses the money to facilitate more illegal migration.

Their #1 donor has been pro-open borders for a long time (Open Society Foundation).
Dems were always open borders, they're EXTREMELY open borders even now. Anything they say to the contrary is a lie.
