Even ISIS had a central leadership/message and a central hierarchy.
Like I said, this is more like organized crime. The Five Families worked together under a similar philosophy and engaging in similar behaviors, but were under no single leadership.
That's why there was no RICO against "the mob" or cosa nostra, and each application of RICO had to be specifically used against specific mob families, as each family was a separate organization, loosely affiliated with other families (under the cosa nostra designation).

Thanks for confirming that this “vague idea” that is Antifa is a total bullshite concept, and that their sophistication in breaking the law is on par with the Mafia.

I have a hard time believing there is not some type of central organization or funding in Portland and Seattle. But, it could just be a loose conglomeration of nutjobs claiming the cause.
