Expanding federal powers to cover abortion up to and including partial-birth?
Purposely misusing scripture to provide a false religious foundation for his beliefs? (cites the part in Genesis 2:7 where God "breathes" life into Adam as his "Biblical" foundation for saying life begins at first breath - ie: partial birth abortion)
How do those things qualify as "decency"?
