Sure...but first it needs to be gutted and restructured. When 350 lb welfare queens are posting EBT/SNAP hauls full of soft drinks, powdered donuts and chips you get people rooting for it to be defunded. Put in work requirements and time limits, put in restrictions on what can be bought and then I'll agree with you that it needs to be funded.
