This is insane for a state legislative to even come up with this craziness how are they going to get insurance with no job.

Why not just deport them when they show up for drivers license if you know they are there illegally?

If the Feds won’t do their jobs and enforce immigration law, a state has the moral right to do what it sees fit with the people who are using their resources.
More driver licenses means less hit and runs, which means safer roads.

Yes, the first thing I think of when a bunch of Democrats want to give people here breaking the law a driver's license is "safer roads".
