If you were in the armed forces, would you obey if asked to take down conservatives?

I was in the Army. First thing you do before you even get a uniform at basic is swear an oath to the constitution not a man. So no.

majority of the armed forces is full of pussies. The combat arms Infantry, Armored(Tank) and Artillery make a minority percentage wise in the entire armed forces but they are the ones who do all the fighting. the non combat arms people in the Army can't even zero their ACOGs, Run more than 5 miles and are more obese than your average American.

Did you mean the lunatic anti-American cop killing domestic terrorists? The one’s Trump calls ‘Patriots’ and they believe it?

I’m not military but I gave a number of relatives who are and co-workers in the NG or Reserves, and not one of them is going to be kicking in grandma’s door because some political hack tells them to.

Can you define a slave? Some say I am a slave to my work, some say to my family. But you probably have a different definition.
In a literal sense, I don't see a day where I am property for an entity.
As much as Democrats oppose the death penalty, I don't see how executing innocent people fits into their agenda.

30 year recent retiree here. Two questions must be immediately answered in my mind: is the person giving the order in my chain of command? If no, f off. If yes, is this order legal? We're all given ample training on what is legal and what is not. The military is not going to target an American citizen, that's a law enforcement activity. Unless the Insurrection Act is invoked or martial law is declared, we steer way clear of internal operations other than disaster response. The oath is to the Constitution, not a person.

I'm talking about Active Duty. joke about the Nasty Girls all you want but some of them are squared away. When I was in Afghanistan the Texas NG Infantry units were attached to my Brigade from the 101st Airborne and were wrecking Taliban in Ghazni Province. non combat arms in the Regular Army don't even do PT whenever there is light rain, you also see a lot of fat NCOs doing their regular shoppette run instead of lifting weights in the afternoon. Majority of the regular army is made up of fat bodies, broke dicks, sick call rangers that can't even qualify marksman at the range.

Uhhh he’s already labeled Trump supporters domestic terrorists, announced a new post in the WH to deal specifically with domestic terrorists, conservatives have been banned from social media, are being put on terrorist no fly lists, and legislation has already been drafted to declare any “MAGA rally” as domestic terrorist activity.
And this is before Dementia Joe has even stepped a foot in the White House.
So yeah, 4 more years at this pace? Nothing would surprise me.
