Where do you spend the money you've got over the next few months? Do you spend it trying to get some suburban women back that he may have lost or is losing? Or do you spend it in places like Miami with ads of Biden saying "You ait black if you vote for Trump" or "African Americans aren't diverse"
He may not increase his numbers with black voters by using those ads but he could get them to stay at home. So do you try and sway suburban women or black people.

Trump does not focus on any one segment like black women. He will simply tout his policies brought jobs and record unemployment levels to blacks and hispanics.
Normal democrat politicians will target black women but there is no policy they can put in place that will help just black women without hurting some other segment.
High tides lift all boats. That is what Trump is good at doing.

The War Chest should be big enough to include all strategies. Don't be like Clinton and not visit Wisconsin and take things for granted.

If I'm his campaign manager I'm doing everything I can to pin rioting on the Democrats. Show videos of these wackos in Portland rioting in residential areas. Play audio of the Chicago alderman chewing out the mayor for raising the bridges and sending marchers into neighborhoods. That shite does NOT fly with suburban voters. I live in a middle class neighborhood in a blue city and people were fricking terrified when a rumor spread that BLM people were going to march/riot in our area. You can sway a lot of these people if you stand up and say, "I know I'm not perfect and I know I rub many people the wrong way but I will not stand for the rioting and violence spreading through this country."

Mostly on how Groping Joe has embraced the complete f*cking insanity of the far left whackjobs that are running the Democrat party, e.g., Green New Deal, no fracking, getting rid of coal, confiscating guns, massive tax increases, etc. I would particularly harp on how Dementia Joe wants to put Odumbf*ck's program of bringing Section 8 and projects to the lily white suburbs where all of these sHitlary-voting white suburban woman live on steroids. These women are completely sympathetic to the filth that stays in the inner cities but they don't want them anywhere around THEIR neighborhoods. I would make TV commercials talking about that while videos of all the current inner city rioting, burning, and looting is playing in the background and end it with -- "Dementia Joe wants to bring this to YOUR neighborhood."
As far as his COVID response, I would play a montage of all the Democrats (especially Biden) calling Trump a xenophobe and racist for closing down travel to China as well as how Creature Feature Nancy was partying in Chinatown in late February, Deblasio urging people to come to NYC, and Cuomo putting COVID patients in nursing homes. Of course, now all they want to do is criticize Trump's COVID response.

Trump has firms like Cambridge Analytica along with Trump's gut helping to make decisions like this.

There are only a few issues in which I think Trump has the PR advantage over Biden this campaign:
China;
Law and order;
NOT defunding the police.
Trump needs to run ads showing the chaos and anarchy and violence of what it would be like if there were no police. Show break-ins in houses, people being doused in gasoline and set aflame, all with no cops to intervene.
