If/when Trump wins his USSC case, how soon do we hear calls to expand the court?

I wonder if the Dems might be looking at this as a win either way. Of course they’d like to hobble and silence Trump. If they don’t though, they may be looking at a SC loss as set precedent to keep Biden and Obama from criminal prosecutions if Trump wins the election.

Trump is not going to win this case, and if he does Biden has the green light by SCOTUS to do what he wants since he will have immunity

You do know that’s not at all how this presidential immunity works. Presidential immunity is already a thing and the court isn’t going to change that. Quit being dumb
