If Trump never existed, Desantis would not be governor and Fl would be liberal. It was trump that pushed Desantis over the crack abusing Democrat.
I can understand Desantis desire to run for president. I can even respect the idea that he is running because he does not think Trump can beat his baggage.
Where I fall off is Desantis surrounding himself with the RINO Uniparty. If he were a true MAGA type he would never let those people near him. I would not put it past Desantis to have Paul Ryan run as his VP.

The last stimulus, the one Trump signed before he left office, was not needed. Helicopter money. I see it clearly for what it is. It was no different than some of Biden's give-aways.
I'm not excusing it. Feel free to bash him for it. I think the spending was clearly a mistake.
Unlike you though, I don't have to fool myself into equating the COVID stimulus spending with the runaway new spending being done by the democrats. I'm logical that way.
